Time tests people, if you want to understand people, then learn to read them, understand them, then you will know what that person is like.
Let me give an example, you got a book, can you tell it without reading that how is that book, what is written in it, then how can you tell that you have to read the book, don't you?
That's why it is very important to read a person to know him.so that you can understand man.
